Request for Meter/Service Relocation - Form 22

  1. Town & Country Utilities, Babcock Ranch Water Utilities as operated by Town & Country Utilities and
  2. Request for Meter/Service Relocation*
    No meter boxes or meter clean outs shall be installed in driveways. Any conflicts of the meter box/service connection point must be eliminated. If the conflict is unavoidable, the builder will be responsible for re-tapping the water and/or irrigation water main, including all site restoration and all curb and road repair. At the sole discretion of the District, the builder may elect to move the location of the meters and boxes to either side of the driveway, the owner must enter into a Utility Relocation Agreement, in which the property owner is responsible for all costs and restoration for any repairs needed, in perpetuity.
  3. Request for Meter*
    I hereby request approval from Babcock Ranch Water Utilities to re-tap the water, sewer and/or irrigation quality water main as indicated below and properly abandon the existing service per all Babcock Ranch Water Utilities Policies. Owner must submit plans to the District Engineer for approval.
  4. Service Relocation*
    I hereby request that Babcock Ranch Water Utilities relocate the water, sewer and/or irrigation as indicated below. Owner must submit executed Utility Relocation Agreement.
  5. Electronic Signature Agreement*
    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
