Fire Flow Testing Request - Form 40

  1. Town & Country Utilities, Babcock Ranch Water Utilities as operated by Town & Country Utilities and
  2. Please fill out and submit the below information 48 hours prior to test date requested

  3. The below signed will be responsible for all fees associated with the Fire Flow Test per the Utility's adopted Rate Schedule. Town and Country Utilities accepts no liability for the information provided because constant changes in system pressure and available water volume.

  4. Electronic Signature Agreement*
    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.

  6. With fire flow test

    A source pressure of X psi at the point of connection was observed in the most recent fire flow test dated Month, Day, Year. However, the ISD is required to maintain a system pressure of 40 psi within the distribution system water mains (per BRC Design and Specification Manual, Volume 2, section 2.2.1.3). Given the pressure may drop down to 40 psi and remain within the ISD’s required minimum pressure, the system design should utilize 40 psi at the point of connection for the design.

  7. With no fire flow test, when being asked for model

    A source pressure of X psi is projected from the current system hydraulic model. However, the ISD is required to maintain a system pressure of 40 psi within the distribution system water mains (per BRC Design and Specification Manual, Volume 2, section 2.2.1.3). Given the pressure may drop down to 40 psi and remain within the ISD’s required minimum pressure, the system design should utilize 40 psi at the point of connection for the design.
