Rob

Rob Arent | Executive Director


Rob Arent has over 17 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, and Community Association Management. Rob partners with Boards, Developers, Residents, and local industry leaders to build and solidify strong relationships and collaborate on overseeing operations, maintenance, capital projects, and cost-saving solutions.

His passion for the role stems from years of experience in the industry, where he utilizes that knowledge to prepare, develop, and advise the onsite team, community leaders, and directors through any obstacle or challenge encountered.

Rob obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, along with international certifications from CAI (Community Associations Institute), which include the PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) AMS (Association Management Specialist) and CMCA (Certified Manager Community Associations). He recently joined CAI’s National Faculty, where he teaches M-200 courses nationwide, and has served on local CAI committees. He has his State of Florida LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) Certificate and his GPRO (Green Professional Building Skills Training) Certificate from the University of Miami.

Ken

Ken Spino | Community Manager


Born and raised in south New Jersey, Ken started his hospitality career in the casino industry of Atlantic City and Connecticut, focusing on high-end player development, service standards, and casino marketing. Ken moved to Florida and became a certified community association manager working in some higher-end HOAs in the Naples area.

He enjoys sailing and boating and is a passionate volunteer for charities focused on veterans' assistance and helping those challenged with autism. Ken said he is guided by family values, integrity, and strong character, whether at work or home and is extremely excited and honored to be part of the team at Babcock Ranch.

Vanessa

Vanessa Morales | Administrative Coordinator


Vanessa began her career with the Babcock Ranch HOA in March 2021, starting at the front desk. She has fielded countless calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from our residents.

Currently serving as administrative coordinator, she performs many HOA administrative tasks. Vanessa works closely with our executive director in processing invoices and is thoroughly familiar with the Architectural Review Request process. She also works closely with our Community Manager and Architectural Coordinator. 

Vanessa is a native of northern Virginia and is bilingual in English and Spanish. During her free time, she is active in her church and spends lots of time with her family and new husband.

Laura

Laura Gauthier | Resident Services Associate


Upon entering our office, the friendly face you see belongs to Laura, who staffs the front desk. Laura was born and raised in Fort Myers and worked in customer service at Publix for the last nine years.

She has a little girl who is the light of her life. Laura is an animal lover — especially cats.


Michael

Michael Clark | Accounting Administrator


Michael graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree. Michaels's passion for finance/banking comes from an early age of playing banker and running garage sales/iced tea stands. This led to a career in finance, banking, and root cause analysis.

After graduating college, Michael started his banking career and worked for Banco Popular as a commercial credit analyst. He eventually moved to Texas to work for Capital One to create and develop a centralized purchase mortgage advisor channel. He then left to be an officer at Flag Star Bank and ran the sales team for both 1st and second lien departments. Michael eventually moved to FL. to expand his career and joined the Babcock Ranch team.

I am eager to help accelerate and help balance the budget.

Steve Barilar | Patrol Operations

Victor

Victor Wonderlin | Community Patrol Captain Professional Standards and Administration


Victor Wonderlin began his career in law enforcement as a patrol officer for the Burlington City Police Department in 1991. With a commitment to service and dedication to public safety, Victor steadily climbed the ranks, demonstrating exemplary leadership and integrity at every stage of his career.

Throughout his tenure with the Burlington City Police, Victor consistently excelled in his duties, earning the trust and respect of his colleagues and the community alike. Having propelled through the ranks led to a promotion to every testable position within the police force.

As Victor's reputation for professionalism and leadership continued to grow, he was eventually appointed as the Chief of Police, a position he held with distinction until his retirement. As Chief, Victor implemented innovative strategies to enhance community policing, foster positive relationships with residents, and ensure the safety and well-being of Burlington's citizens.

Marlo

Marlo Nosal | Operations Manager


Marlo relocated to Punta Gorda from Pennsylvania, where she spent many years working in community management. Marlo has an extensive background in project management and capital improvements.

She and her husband enjoy boating, fishing, and NFL football. They recently adopted two kittens named Pepe and Paco.


Mike

Mike Yacona | Maintenance Supervisor

James

James Carey | Landscape Manager


James joined the Marines right out of High School. After his service in the Marines, he attended Oklahoma University and graduated from Shippensburg University with a BS in Environmental Science. James holds many certifications, including certified arborist, pesticide applicator, and OSHA certification, to name a few. 

He has carried many titles from Park Ranger to Wildland Fire Fighter as well as having worked for the second-largest family-owned landscaping company in the United States before joining us here at Babcock Ranch. His responsibilities include managing the landscape provider (Brightview), overseeing new landscape installation, as well as planning for future landscape installation.


Kyle

Kyle Cook | Landscape Supervisor


Kyle started in restaurants/bars as a waiter. He eventually became a Manager for a few different chains before getting into construction. After a few years, he helped a friend start a restaurant and worked there for seven years.

Kyle moved to Florida and worked a maintenance job at a family-owned camping resort. and then started working at Babcock Ranch as a Maintenance Tech, was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor, and is now a Landscape Supervisor. 

When not at the Ranch, he enjoys his family. Kyle is married to his beautiful wife, Alexa. They stay busy with their two young boys, John and Jake. Both boys love to be outdoors, so you can usually find them at a park on Saturdays, and then at church on Sundays.

Megan

Megan Beattie | Architectural and Community Standards Coordinator


Megan is a New Jersey native who moved to Florida and enjoys spending time on trips and outdoor adventures with her family and two children.

With over ten years of experience within customer service-based roles, including the hospitality industry and homeowner's associations, her passion for supporting the common goals of both an entity and its owners has led to the progression of her career. Megan's experience comes from upscale private gated communities as a Design Review and Covenants Coordinator for Bonita Bay Community Association and a Home Services Manager for Bay Colony Community Association. These positions have further developed her skills and ability to enhance communication and consistency regarding governing documents and the architectural review process.

Brittany

Brittany Pinho | Lifestyle Director


Brittany is a New Jersey native who moved to Florida three years ago. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has been working in the hospitality industry for seven years.

During her free time, you can find her working out and spending time with her family. Brittany also loves baking and creating recipes!

Colleen

Colleen Maguire | Lifestyle Associate


Married with two adult children. Born and raised in Massachusetts and moved to Babcock Ranch in 2022. 

She worked for over 25 years as a pediatric practice manager for a large pediatric group outside of Boston. 

Colleen is passionate about interior design, cooking, and spending time with family.

Tori

Tori Grant | Lifestyle Associate


Tori is a proud native Floridian with a deep love for the Sunshine State. After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2004, Tori embarked on an incredible journey across the United States, accompanying her husband, who served in the Air Force. From teaching 2nd grade to honing her graphic design and event planning skills, Tori brings a diverse background and a wealth of talents to the table.

She's mom to Brendan (14) and Ryan (11), who attend Babcock Neighborhood School. Tori has called Babcock Ranch home since 2020.

Lindsey

Lindsey Stratton | Lifestyle Associate


A University of South Florida graduate, brings over 4 years of event planning and recreation expertise. Currently serving as a dedicated Lifestyle Associate at Babcock Ranch, Lindsey is passionate about curating engaging events and excursions for the community.

Lindsey finds joy in the peaceful serenity of sailing and treasures moments of family time, seamlessly blending her love for adventure with a deep appreciation for cherished connections.

Chantal (1)

Chantal Scott | Lifestyle Association


Chantal was raised in Florida and is a Florida Gulf Coast University student seeking a nursing degree. She has much experience through volunteer work with Silver Lakes Community Association and loves giving back to the community.

In her off time, you can find her curled up in a comfy chair reading a good book - autobiography, mystery, or romance she loves them all. She also enjoys going on a run and being out in nature. She recently added signing, ukulele, Spanish, and French to her hobbies.

Her goal is to positively impact the lives of people she encounters, whether it be brief or everlasting. "I've always believed the smallest things can impact someone's life, and I always want mine to be a positive one."

Sarah

Sarah Christiansen | Lifestyle Associate


Sarah recently graduated with a Communications and Digital Studies degree from the University of Mary Washington. After graduating in August of 2023, Sarah moved to Punta Gorda with her cat Otis from Virginia, where she grew up. 

Outside the realm of communications, Sarah dedicates her time as a mentor for teens, fostering growth and development. Her passion extends to the culinary arts, boating, and gardening. Whether she's engaged in yoga, enjoying boat outings with friends and family, or continually learning, Sarah believes in savoring life's experiences.

Juan

Juan Guzman | Parks Manager


Juan offers a rich and diverse background; he spent 25 years in New Jersey law enforcement, serving as a patrol officer and union leader and ultimately retiring as a Police Detective in 2016. After graduating from NJCU in 2004 with a BA in Media Arts/Communications, Juan has a passion for the arts by producing and promoting stage shows since 1998. Joining Babcock Ranch in 2020, Juan was pivotal in developing and implementing the community patrol division, serving as Patrol Captain. Additionally, he was instrumental in opening and implementing processes at the Babcock Ranch Field House as the Field House Manager. Juan is ready to bring his wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role of Parks Manager for the Parks and Recreation Department at Babcock Ranch.

Meghan

Meghan Himelein | Recreation Manager


Meghan brings a wide variety of experiences to this community. Meghan graduated with a BA in Political Science and Communications from Hilbert College. She also attended graduate school there. She started her economic development career, working in upstate NY media relations. After moving to Florida, she became a Development Director for different nonprofit organizations, managing events, fundraising, volunteering, and creating successful programs. Meghan has been instrumental in the athletics arena, serving as a high school varsity basketball coach, yoga instructor, and wellness mentor. Meghan is eager to jump into her role as the Recreational Manager at Babcock Ranch.

Jack Stratton | Parks and Recreation Associate


Originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Jack Stratton found his sunny sanctuary in southwest Florida over six years ago. With a background in business and a passion for taking to the skies as a pilot, Jack hopes to reach new heights here at Babcock Ranch. Having previously worked in Parks and Recreation, he's no stranger to crafting memorable experiences for residents. When he's not soaring through the clouds or brainstorming the next big event, you'll find Jack sailing in the Gulf of Mexico with his wife and their golden retriever! Jack's heart belongs to the warmth of the Sunshine State—he's convinced he'll be dodging snowflakes, taking flight, and hoisting sails in Southwest Florida forevermore!

Ally

Ally Dotson | Communications Coordinator


Ally was born and raised in Florida. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2020 with a degree in Exercise Science.

In her role as a Communications Coordinator, Ally takes on various responsibilities. She ensures a solid online presence by sending out engaging weekly newsletters, managing social media accounts, and keeping the residential website current.

Aside from her professional pursuits, Ally embraces a new chapter in her life as a new mom. She treasures spending quality time with her family and the farm animals on their property. She also has a small business crafting candles, goat milk soaps, and lotions from her family's small hobby farm.
